We are able to offer specialised systems to suit any type of drying, curing and maturation of hams, cured meat, duck breast, fish. Including maturation of cold meats and cheese. 

  • Range of temperatures between 0ºC (refrigeration and drying) and 35ºC (heating).

We also do a small drying rooms, designed for small cold storage units for drying ham, cold meats, and cheeses.
