Please note - This unit is designed to keep food products at refrigerated temperatures whilst displaying them for sale during service hours, this includes the storage section under the main deck. Products should be removed and placed in dedicated suitable storage and the unit switched off for cleaning and regular maintenance often including a manual defrost.
