- Average Delivery Time: Typically, 2-7 working days for in-stock items to UK Mainland Postcodes.
- Back Orders/Made to Measure: Between 3-5 weeks with prior communication of schedule.
- Delivery Hours: Free deliveries are scheduled between 08:30 and 18:00, Monday to Friday. If you require a specific delivery time, this can be arranged for an additional fee (subject to availability at the time of order). Please contact us at 0161 713 3085 for assistance.

Factory Made-to-Order Product: This product is manufactured to order. The average production lead time is approximately 4 weeks from Order Acceptance and receipt of the required deposit/payment. Lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on factory production schedules, specification and availability. Once the order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded.
Delivery is kerbside only. We do not move Goods into, through or within the Buyer’s premises. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that suitable access, personnel and/or equipment are available at the delivery point to safely receive and offload the Goods.
Due to the size and weight of commercial equipment, coldroom panels and refrigeration units, some consignments may be unsuitable for offloading by tail-lift and may require suitable mechanical handling equipment and/or assistance on site. If the Buyer is unable to provide suitable offloading facilities or assistance, this must be notified to us before placing the Order so that we can assess the delivery requirements and provide a quotation for a tailored delivery service. Additional delivery charges may apply. Any specific delivery or offloading requirements must be agreed by us in writing before Order Acceptance.
