A professional fully modular commercial coldroom, designed to provide reliable chilled storage while offering the flexibility to choose the room size that best suits your premises.

This compact range is just 960mm wide and is available in five different depths, making it particularly suitable where floor space is restricted. ( other widths are available please contact us if not shown online)

Fully Modular & Expandable

The coldroom is manufactured from high-density injected polyurethane sandwich panels. The panels are interchangeable and joined using an eccentric locking system, providing a secure, tightly sealed construction while allowing straightforward assembly.

The modular design also makes the room easier to assemble, modify or expand than a conventional built-in coldroom.

80mm PIR Insulation

These models use 80mm rigid polyurethane (PIR) insulated panels, providing:

• 80mm panel thickness
• Thermal transmittance (U-value): 0.28 W/m²K
• High-density rigid polyurethane insulation
• Approximate insulation density: 40 kg/m³
• CFC and HCFC-free insulation
• White lacquered galvanised-steel finish
• Food-grade internal finish
• Slightly profiled, easy-clean panel surfaces
• Protective peelable film for transportation and installation
• Delivered Flat Pack - Assembly available for a additional cost

Commercial Insulated Door

Supplied with a commercial insulated hinged door designed to maintain the thermal integrity of the coldroom.

• Clear door opening: 800mm wide × 1900mm high
• Insulated construction no cutting required
• Lockable external handle supplied with key
• Internal emergency release allowing the door to be opened from inside 

Available Sizes

All models have an external width of 960mm and external height of 2160mm. Simply select the depth required when ordering.

Available depths: 1760mm, 2160mm, 2560mm, 2960mm or 3360mm.

Ideal For

Suitable for restaurants, cafés, pubs, hotels, takeaways, bakeries, convenience stores and other commercial premises requiring additional refrigerated storage.

Important: Dimensions quoted are external dimensions. Internal usable dimensions will be smaller due to the insulated panel construction. Images are representative and the exact appearance may vary.

Refrigeration equipment is not included unless specifically stated in the selected option or quotation.

Door Position & Made-to-Order Information

Door position and hinge orientation are selected after your order is placed.

Once we receive your order, we will contact you with a coldroom drawing for approval. At this stage, you can confirm:

• Required door location
• Left- or right-hand hinging
• Final room configuration

The coldroom will not enter production until the drawing and door position have been approved.

Important – Made to Order

This coldroom is manufactured to order specifically to your approved configuration. Once your drawing has been approved and the room has entered production, the order cannot be cancelled or amended. Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Please check all dimensions, access requirements and the approved drawing carefully before confirming production.

Free UK mainland delivery is included.

Due to the size of the insulated panels, some panels may be larger than the vehicle's tail lift. For this reason, assistance may be required on site to safely unload the delivery.

If you are unable to provide assistance with unloading, please notify us before placing your order. We can arrange a tailored delivery service with suitable unloading facilities for your site. An additional delivery charge may apply depending on the requirements and location.

Please ensure suitable access is available for a commercial delivery vehicle and that adequate space is available to receive and store the panels safely.
