Insulated sliding refrigerated doors available Includes a elevated guidance system suitable for refrigeration, freezing and large freezing chambers.
CONSTRUCTION - Manufactured with an anodized aluminum structural profile frame with thermal break.
COATING - Galvanized steel sheet lacquered with 25 um polyester paint. White. Covered with a peelable protective film. Food quality.
INSULATION - High pressure injected polyurethane foam with a density of 40-43 kg/m.
WATER TIGHTNESS - Perimeter sealing seal with double alveolus on PVC support.
THICKNESS - Cooling (0ºC): 60 mm | Freezing (-20ºC): 100 mm |Deep freeze (-40ºC): 140 mm
Frame: Frame designed for panel mounting and adaptable to different thicknesses. Built with lacquered aluminum profiles with thermal break.
In case of negative temperatures, it incorporates a 220 V resistance and power: In Freezing: 25 w/m and in Great Freezing: 40 w/m.
Aluminum plinth attached to the frame and 2mm stainless steel sheet. Fastening to the panel by means of self-tapping concealed by an aluminium profile.
LATERAL GUIDE AND CLOSING SYSTEM
The lateral guide system is raised and independent from the floor,
thus we avoid any associated problem. No need to make holes in
the finished floor
